Each Pokémon Shiny Treasure Ex [Sv4a] Booster box contains 10 individual packs. Within each pack, there are 10 cards.

Store Pick Up:
Please select ‘Store Pick Up’ during checkout. Prior arrangement on pick-up date & time to be made before picking up at the store. Recommended for pristine collection box as small damages is inevitable during delivery.

Shipping Condition:
Box will be bubble wrapped in a bubble mailer or bubble wrap and shipped in a corrugated cardboard box.
We strive to deliver in the best possible condition. Due to limited quantity, boxes that have rips or dents may be dispatched but we strive our best to inform prior to avoid such situation. If this situation is unavoidable, we will base on First-In-First-Out to fulfil the orders (i.e. order received earlier will get priority in box with better condition).

Cancellation Policy:
No cancellation allowed once Shopee locks in the order, serious and committed buyer only.

Exchange and Return Refund Policy:
No return, no exchange, no refund. Return requests are not allowed especially after opening.
Exchange due to severely damaged box and no change to unopened packs only after inspection at store.
